Studio 1919 was founded by Thomas Everchild and Philippa Hammond to host their theatre projects Afterthought Productions and Unreliable Romances.

Studio 1919 has provided set, lighting and sound design services to numerous small theatre productions and has expanded to encompass Illustration and design for publication, matte painting, compositing, digital rostrum and CGI for small film production and sound recording and editing for voice-overs and radio.
